1. Processing & Dispatch
We process your order within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are dispatched through our trusted logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed, as they depend on logistics partner routes. 

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping location and external logistics factors.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

3. Failed Delivery / Redelivery
We will attempt to deliver the purchased product to your designated address within the estimated delivery timeline notified to you. In the event you are not available or present to accept the delivery of the product, our logistic partners will make a maximum of 3 (three) attempts to deliver the purchased product(s) to you. If the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful and you continue to remain unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order of the purchased products at our sole discretion and process the return of such product to us. We further reserve the right to deduct the shipping and delivery charges borne by us while processing any refunds subsequent to such cancellation.

4. Delivery Responsibility
Risk of loss and title pass to you upon handover to the logistics partner. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier errors, natural events, or holidays.
