Refund policy

At Montsae, we accept returns for fitting issues within 3 days of delivery of the order.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@montsae.com with your order number and reason for return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals (if applicable) must be intact.
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, washing, stains, perfume/deodorant marks, or tampering may not qualify for a refund.

Once the returned product passes our quality check, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Montsae reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
